Each module is designed to facilitate adult learning by combining an instructional model reflecting current research on adult learning and content developed from leading authorities in educational leadership.

An interactive module can take anywhere between 20 to 40 minutes to complete. Interactive components of each module could include:

At the end of each module, take the ELLnet Challenge. An interactive simulation that makes you the decision maker of an issue related to the content covered in the module. Explore different scenarios and share your thoughts with other ELLnet participants.
